She's not a reanimation spell, she's a standing casting permission, and confusing the two is why some builds underperform.

The interaction

The rules question about Muldrotha, the Gravetide that won't die: does casting from your graveyard require the stack to be clear first? No. Nothing in her text says that, and treating her like a sorcery-speed-only ability costs players tempo they didn't need to give up.

What it does

Each of your turns, you get to play an extra land from your graveyard and cast one permanent of each type (artifact, creature, enchantment, land, planeswalker) straight out of the yard, no cost reduction, just the right to cast them.

Where it shines

Sultai self-mill and aristocrats, where cheap permanents die or get discarded constantly and you're rebuying value every turn instead of jamming one big reanimation target.

Plays well with

The catch

She wants a graveyard full of permanents across multiple types, not just your best creature, so decks built around one bomb reanimation target are wasting her.
