The take
A two-mana planeswalker that can permanently steal your best artifact is exactly as fair as it sounds, which is to say not at all.
sitting at $1.21 with an EDHRec rank of 6946, which tells you it's cheap and unpopular for very different reasons
Plays well with
-
Sol Ring
The -2 ability just takes an opponent's Sol Ring outright, turning their ramp into yours for the rest of the game.
-
Bolas's Citadel
Stealing a resolved Bolas's Citadel with the -2 hands you a busted card-advantage engine that your opponent paid for.
